On Air (Intoduces themselves as part of DSTV)

I was contacted by On Air in November last year with a "Special Offer From DSTV", where I was offered 2 off DSTV explora's plus installation for R320.00 p/month. I told the lady that I could not afford to pay more p/month. She then said that I would be saving, as I could still have the Compact plus package, and that the total would be R320.00 p/month instead of the R519.00 which I was currently paying. After a discussion where I declined the offer, she assured me that I would be saving, so I agreed. Everything was installed as promised, but I later found out that I had to pay the R519.00 PLUS the R320.00 Plus an extra R149.00 which I do not know what for.The lady **** to me, by telling me DSTV is offering this special for selected customers in November 2019, just to get her sale, and took advantage of me as I am an elderly disabled person that was bed ridden at that time.I would not recommend any one to do bussiness with them, as they are not truthfull. Apparently if I cancel now, I would have to pay full price for both decoders and installation, which I do not have. It is a disgrace how any person / company could do bussiness in this way, by lying and decieving the public.
