ON AIR HASN'T REFUNDED WHAT IS DUE TO ME

I wrote a review on this company on the 22 January. The rewiew was about the decoder the falsely sold to me and the three debit orders they did instead of one. They called me the next day to inform me that they will collect the decoder anytime and will then refund me what is due to me. The decoder was collected on the 24 January but I haven't received my money up to date. The number is conveniently busy as it was when I tried calling them about my complaint. I did mention in the previous review that we work hard for the money that we earn and it is unfair to be treated like I was. This issue has inconvenced me in many ways than one.
