On Air giving the run around because I ant to cancel what service i have with them.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription but with on air for the past 2 months but everytime I came I get excuses that system is offline or bring made to hold for over 20 mins or someone will call me just to cancel for something I do not need.to i have paid them way over 24 months of the agreed term.
