On Air False advertising and no customer care service

Bought an On Air Explora Ultra decoder for R179/month on a 24 month contract. I was told this is a plug and play unit from my old Explora decoder that Muticoice supp****. I have installed this decoded, but it tells me that there is poor signal. But having no signal issues with my old decoder.

I have contacted and emailed On Air Ultra with no answer and replies on emails. Absolutely no customer service available.

I will not recommend On Air to anyone!!!!
