On Air failure to no honour agreement

I have sent you several comm's to On Air already and no reply. I took out the special package where you received a new decoder and installation. The guys that came NEVER installed the smart LNB as part of the deal. I now had to get an accredited DSTV installer to come and install one. I want my money for it which cost R999. Despite this matter going on for a year, it seems OnAir does not communicate and resolve. Im highly aggrieved and disgusted.
