On air doing multiple deductions monthly on my account

On air doing multiple deductions monthly on my account. I asked them about the multiple deductions, they told me that R219.00 is for Decoder and R220.00 is for on air rewards. But they don't account on R115.00 that is also deducted every month. I Talitha have never received any of their service but they are deducting every month. They came and inserted their dish and decoder but that decoder never worked. I contacted them about this matter and told them I want my money particularly all the R115.00 that they cannot account for and they went quiet. Worried Talitha
