On Air Debit Queries

I was sold a wrong product by sales person called Ashla Ramnath with employee number 11684.

I requested a recording of our conversation with the above mentioned person but to date they haven't.I was told that Im going to pay R300 for subscription of Dstv and the explorer they were delivering for 24 months but to my surprise there’s no such.Now they harassing me with debit orders and telling me that I will have a negative name on credit bureau yet they busy doubling their deductions. I wrote emails and telephone calls but to date no assistance
