On air connect tv
I got a dstv decoder and a cell c data simcard this month and when I got the items I was not happy and I immediately called to cancel the contract. It was not even 7 days after I got the stuff. They told me they cancelled it but Iwould pay 299. Today they took R500 from my bank account and the say R224 if for house and electronics insurance that I did not agree to. I called again today but they say I have to pay still for cancelling and they will refund me after I paid. I feel that my money is not safe in my bank.
