I was called by an on-air consultant telling me about the DSTV epxlora ultra, I accepted the offer and took the decoder, they told me that it was a cordless decoder even though I have extra view. I followed all their instructions on how to switch it on, but nothing worked. It would just play the channels, I couldn't rewind, record, or even watch catch up, I even installed the wifi option but nothing happened I called them on the 2nd August 2021 and they told me they were gonna listen to their recordings, today is the 24th of August and still nothing. it keeps telling me the my subscription needed to be upgraded and I was using an explora before they brought this decoder, I am really disappointed in your service
