On Air called me on August 2024

On Air called me on August 2024. They were selling DSTV Decoder, and I was interested. They sent it to me with the sim card. I was happy with the decoder, and I am still happy. I did not use their sim card, and when I saw that they are deducting the money for the sim card i sent them an email explaining that I am not using the sim card, and they stopped deducting R245 and continue with R259 for the decoder. We agreed that they are going to deduct on the monthend every month, but today, on the 04 September 2025, they deducted R245 for the sim card that i destroyed a long time ago
