There should not even be a single star, you should have minus stars as that will work. This is a ******* and ********* business. The pester you for more services which you refuse, not once but twice and then they take money from your account unauthorised. They are rude on the phone and there should be something one can do to stop these companies taking money out of your account without your permission. I originally bought a decoder through this company, paid it off and now I am pestered by them for taking up another service which I do not want. How do I get rid of this ********* business and where can I make contact to report this business as I am sure they are not just doing this to me and not everybody looks at their finances each day as I do so they will not even pick up the unauthorised money taken out of their account.
