On air are ******.They wont help you cancel or stop debitting your account ever.

Do not use these people for anything please!!I had a fibre contract with these ****** and best internet.Getting proper information is impossible.Ive moved house and been trying since October to cancel my contract.Ive called so many times and received no assistance,they just put me on hold or send my call to another department.I then get cut off or receive the standard ,we will get back to you sir.They are still debutting my account monthly and the amount is just getting larger and larger.I have not used their fibre since October,when I gave notice.I paid for 3 months (as I was told this was the notice period)But now they are still debitting my account.Ive tried stopping the debit order but each month I have to hassle to retreve my money back again.They will continue doing this forever I suppose....
