So our experience with On air is as follows.

My Husband was contacted by an On air sales representative. He told my husband that the package included installation at anytime. (We were looking to buy a house so husband was happy) We now contact them for the installation and got told the installation offer as expired. On the call my husband specifically ask that question and was told anytime. We have asked for the recording of the call 2 months ago and we still waiting. DO NOT USE ON AIR
