Before I accepted their I read reviews and they were bad, but dumb me I went against everyone else and it's the worst company ever. They can't do a simple thing like debiting an account on the agreed date. For the past 11 months they have either debiting on the wrong date or not debit at all. The last 3 months it's worse. They don't debit on my date, they choose whichever date they feel like going in. A while back after not debiting my account I made a manual payment. Those idiots went and debited my account twice in one month,meaning I paid the account 3 times. Now they just debited me, it bounced. My debit order is on the 5th.this is the worst contract ever. All they do is apologize and promise to fix it I'm so tired. Just counting the months to the expiry of the contract
