Offering one service and billing extras

I was offered a DSTV wifi connector for R29.00 per month which I accepted. When the debit order was deducted I found there was two debit orders one for R 29.00 and one for R 139.00. When I emailed them I had to email them twice to get their attention and I asked them to contact my daughter (as I am partially deaf and my daughter does all my communicating) and they kept on emailing me saying they cannot get hold of her but she had no missed calls. Eventually they sent an email stating that they have stopped the entertainment bundle of R 139.00 and they also got hold of me on my home phone and explained what the entertainment bundle is. I stated I did not want it as it is for downloading magazines but you still have to pay for the subscription of the magazines. LO AND BEHOLD THE DEBIT ORDER OF R139.00 HAS GONE OFF THIS MONTH AGAIN.. I AM AT WITS END.
