OffAir **********!

I received a call two weeks from an agent from OnAir TV. I reluctantly took up the offer for a DSTV explorer. The Explorer came last week 27/06/2019 and I was called to arrange installation. I requested that they phone me 01/07/2019 to arrange the installation as I was unavailable over the past weekend. They then sent me an SMS to say they'd allocated an installer to me who is based in Johannesburg - despite the fact that I'm based in Pretoria. I have since been trying to get through to someone who can assist with finding a new installer, but keep on getting passed from pillar to post. Please help me get hold of these people so they can come collect their decoder, i want nothing to do with this company ever again!
