not yet refunded and Debi check not canceled

on air tv is really a ****ming company, i have a letter of cancelation but still they deducted money from my bank account, kashnee their consultant called me to promise that within 7 days they will refund me but 7 days has gone by and no refund they're supposed yo cancel the Debi check but it's not canceled, this company needs to be shut down asap because they are a pain in the ass..
