Not impressed

Terrible service - they say we are in arrears and took over R500 off our account this month!! Not in arrears at all, our account is up to date, tried emailing, sending a whatsapp, no-one responds to anything! Eventually got through on the phone this morning, only to have the call centre agent put the phone down on me after i held on for over 20 minutes! So not impressed! I have reversed the incorrect debit order, let's see if they bother to contact us now
