Not a happy ex customer

I had a contract with On Air TV which was paid up in July 2025. Since then, every month they are still charging me. I have requested refunds on numerous occasions and told them to cancel the debit order from their side as my bank informed me that on On Air TV can do this. Well, today I had another debit order come off my account. I am livered.
