Nonsence service from On Air and MBD

I purchased the DSTV Explora with On Air. I fell behind with payments and I was handed over to MBD Attorneys. Last month I paid up the accounts on 16th August 2019. I have been requesting a paid up letter ever since from both companies the On Air and MBD Attorneys and all I get is to be sent from pillar to post one referring me to the other.

I have a bond application that's outstanding because of this letter and I am being told different stories one is telling me I can only get it after the 7th the other is I can get it from the 15th and the worst part is On Air says the have no communication from MBD about any letter being requested.

These people are taking me for nonsence cause even when I request for a statement that shows that I owe R0,00 balance they say that they cant issue it but what's funny is they were able to send letters saying that I owe them.

I need a letter or statement to prove that I have paid up but they are failing to provide me with it. They are quick at sending my name to ITC but they cant give me a paid up letter.

This is nonsense and unacceptable, me as a consumer I am not considered but they have my money in their pockets.

I need a statement as in yesterday. This nonsence they are giving me I am not accepting it all. They are infringing on my consumer rights. I demand to have that letter.
