None recognized payment

I made a payment on the 29th of July recieved a call around mid August telling me to make a payment I have showed the proof of payment in their whatsapp platform, no one is taking me seriously instead I'm receiving the sms's telling me to make a payment.... I even have received a statement which does not include the last payment of July.... Please help me
