None payment to installers

I've purchased the DSTV explora more than 2 months ago, and I've been paying but no installation have been done..Both installers that was appointed refuse to help due to non payment from On Air..I have spend money on phone calls to installers and dstv and onair out of my pocket!<br> <br> The ad clearly stated that installation is free and that is not the case as no-one wants to do this installation due to non payment. <br> <br> I'm really very disappointed at the service.
