NON INSTALLATION

Utterly Disgusted: On Air phoned me and informed me that a company called brainwaves will install my explora today. I was phoned this morning by the installer to say that I must pay R350.00 petrol because my house is not within the 25km radius...WHY MUST I PAY THIS...the installers appointed previously (which fall in the 25km radius) werent' paid by on air (installer in Robertson and Montagu)...so now it's my problem and expense to pay for another company that is 80 km away...this is not fair and I'm not liable!
