Non Existent Service, Professional Bullies

Absolutely shocking! I contacted these ****mers a month before my contract ended to ask why I was still being debited monthly. They confirmed that I still had one instalment to make. I confirmed that the debit order needed to be cancelled thereafter. Of course it was not, and the debits continue, so I cancelled it with the bank. I have sent emails trying to get someone to call me back or respond to my mails, and it’s a standard reply of contact billings department, which all my emails were sent to anyway! Not 12 hours after stopping the debit order, do I get an sms threatening to report me to a credit bureau!!!

The service from this company is dreadful or rather non-existent, except if they haven’t got money not due to them! Bullies!!!
