No response in 3 weeks from Onair TV

Good day, Please see my mail trail below. I have STILL not had any response!!!! My first mail was sent on 15/01! I then received a mail from Annelyn David - she asked if i want to cancel?? That is it!!! I said yes but i am still being debited??? I also enquired about the wi-fi i apparently get - no reply to date!!! Good day,
