No response

I contacted them a few weeks ago, after many phone calls and whatsapp messages, a consultant finally called me,during the call, there was so much background noise, after a day, I called them back, and theres no details on their system, I didn't get the promised email or call back, the consultant said I need to wait 48hrs, up to date, no email and no response. This doesn't feel like they need business in the way they treat customers.
