No Resolution Yet, But Account Debited

I am following up on my previous complaint, which has still not been resolved. Despite no feedback or action taken regarding my initial concerns, an amount of R179.00 has been debited from my account. This is unacceptable, and I feel completely ignored as a customer.

I request immediate clarification on why this debit was processed without resolving the original issue. I also expect a full refund and confirmation that no further deductions will be made without my consent.

Please treat this matter with urgency.
