No On Air more like off air!

<p>My husband made a deal with On Air for 2 extra Explora decoders. The service was excellent and the decoders were delivered witin days.</p> <p>Problem came with installation were according to their promise they would contact us within 2 days after delivery to arrange for installation. </p> <p>The 2 days has now been 3 weeks !!!</p> <p>I have phoned once a week to try to get to know who they are sending to do the installation. No joy!!!! </p> <p>Today I have had enough! </p> <p>Please come take the decoders and refund my money you already deducted end May!!!</p> <p>Yes!! Quick to take money but sloooooooow to provide service!!!</p>
