Good day everyone Please be careful with them I for one regret joining on air.just want to pay it once off due to last month was supposed to pay my first monthly installment but they didn't debit then they call me and told me they apologize the lady who took my account details didn't save my details as a person mistake happened guess then gave them my account details new month same thing again this time no call but sms they told me they will take legal action against me don't know for what it's no my fault I want to take legal action against the company.their Explora is not even playing as we speak I want my old one back the is always issue if not cables poor connection from first day till this day my kids watch Netflix cos of poor connection.wont call them but I will sue them for what they doing I truely regret joining them .please guys be careful.thanks
