NEVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH ONAIR TV!!!
OnAir is a bunch of ****mers!! They called me in 2022 for an explorer decoder for R189 for a period of 24 months. I finished paying my decoder in December 2023. The entire December I've been contacting their billing team with no response. They decided to respond in mid January and told me that the request to stop the debit order immediately has been sent through. To my surprise, I receive another email notifying me about the RescueBox which I never agreed to. Now they deducted R189 and R89 without my approval! Requesting for a refund has been a hassle! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ****S
