My mom canceled an order on the same day it was placed (April 9, 2025) after I saw negative reviews. Since the order was canceled, it never arrived, and we received a cancellation ***. However, there was still a charge on her account on April 30, 2025. This situation clearly shows why there is so much negative reviews for this company; it feels like they are out to **** people.
