My experience working with Jamie through the cancellation of my contract was okay but I am not entirely satisfied as I expected her to keep me updated on the progress of the investigation. She promised to get back to me within 7-14 days which she did not. I had to phone a couple of times to get some feedback after the 14 days had lapsed. She only got back to me on the 17th day. I understand that the delay was due to her waiting for feedback from QA but she could have at least phoned to inform me that the feedback had not yet come through.
