Pathetic. I was misled on a sales call in 2019 April took out two explorers. I've been calling with all my reference numbers to prove on request.(You just didn't bother getting back to me) spoke to Joanna Silindile and quiet a few other people! 1.Before lockdown someone came to my house wanting to collect an item (him and myself didn't know what item) I sent him away 2.I app**** for a home loan my own bank advised me I'm listed by ur pathetic company.(Furious as hell at this point) 3. I called your contact center was referred from one person to another another. Eventually spoke to a Prudence wit an attitude who confirmed I was misled they tried making contact wit me on a 078 num that I haven't been using for years yet when your sales people called they contacted me on the correct number... Idiots update your client information. Warren was now my punching bag at this point. I told him d story again..... In conclusion this poor guy Apologized. Agreement was fetch ur ****ty explorers cancel my contract and remove my name on IT bureau. Almost two years into the contract the debit is going off for the one explorer and not the other one(also nt the agreed amount) but it gives you the right to list people for R139 how flippen awesome. I had to withdraw my homeloan application because you messed up my profile. Fix this A. S. A. P I was warned about your company and the reviews isn't that great how I regret (If you were offered two explorers for R110 you would take it too) ****** ********!
