Missed Payment Error Affecting Credit Score
On Air messed up my Credit Score saying that I missed a payment. They did not debit my account at the time. They say I must rectify it by talking to the Credit Bureau and the bank.
Their account on the Credit Score App hasn't been updated since January 2024
This is unacceptable.
