Worst experience with this on a TV company. I wouldn't advise anyone to take any contract with them because I felt like they are ****mers. They came and collected the streamer which I paid the cancellation fee. They charged me cancellation fee for it. But at the end of the day, they still continue dabeting on my account. And today, I haven't received refund. Every time when I call them, they tell me already they're still escalating this thing. Because the warehouse has not returned. They haven't logged that the streamer, it has returned. I've sent several emails, even the contact of the courier company that they sent to my workplace to come and collect. Even today, I'm still waiting for them to respond to give me back my refund that they deleted for the past two months while the contract was cancelled.
