Misrepresenting and pathetic POCR (point of contact resolution).
I received a call from Onair TV on behalf of Multichoice, offering all PVR customers (since this product is discontinued), an upgrade to an explorer model 3A for R169 per month for 24 months. I informed the consultant that I currently have the prv and the old silver decoder with a dual view. The consultant – Darling Ngwenya informed me that my dual view will still work with the new explorer. The installation technician came out this morning and informed that this is a single point installation and I must pay for the dual view (R350) even though this is currently active on my package. I called Onair TV and the consultant who refused to give me her name, informed that they only provide the single installation view and it is not their responsibility to inform me off any additional cost pertaining the installation. She informed me this has nothing to do with them since there is nothing to report, while I’m on the phone reporting my problem to her. I requested to speak to a manager, and she muted the call. She then had the audacity to drop the call after holding 4minutes. Multi-choice is using Onair TV to represent them to their existing client based and this is jeopardising their customer loyalty. They service received from their sub-contracting partners is pathetic. Multi-choice must review their list of contractors/promoters since their business is being used as a banner to get customers.
