Misrepresented On Air TV Deal

On the 15th of Nov 2019 ,I received a call from a call centre agent by the name of Destiny who said that she was calling on behalf of Multi choice /Dstv and that there were running a promotion for a 2 year contract for the DSTV Explorer ,she also mentioned that there would send technicians to install a dish and decoders one which would be an extra view all for free for a premium of just R320 per month. She confirmed that there were not adding any amount to what we were currently paying ,but rather she imp**** we would pay a reduced premium of R320 for the next 24 months after which we would go back to paying our normal premium of R399 per month. My question to her was as to how much were they debiting for the compact and she confirmed that R399 which she made me to believe that our new premium would be lesser that what we were currently paying.

I found it very convincing and reffered her to my husband who is the account holder at Multi choice ,in which case she did contact my husband immediately upon which she related the same story that she was calling on behalf on Multi choice DSTV.

Long story short the lady misrepresented the sale when she made us believe that she was calling from Multi choice. We only found out the truth when the installers were activating the decoders that we were sold the 2 decoders and the dish and that we would have to continue paying Multi choice /Dstv for their monthly subscription.

What we want is for ON Air TV to cancel their misrepresented contract which is in my husband s name M Kona and collect their goods as soon as possible.
