Misrepresentation
After accepting a DSTV wi-fi connecter of R29 a month, the telesales agent rambled on with regard to the terms and conditions. Included in the list of terms and conditions she mentions something about an amount of R129 without any further explanation. The R129 is debited off your account for some value added service, which I have unknowingly been paying for since November. This is misrepresentation of the actual product being sold, and against the regulations of the NCA
