Mispresentation of Sales information

I am not happy with the service i received from the service consultant from On air sales call centre. The Consultant **** to me regarding the services i will receive for the DSTV Explora and this will cause me to loose the money that i never anticipated because of his mispresentation. The investigation was done by Sumeshan and Abraham but nothing has been done to the consultant to ensure that he takes responsibility of his own action. The feedback that i get from their Manager Kershan is not satisfactory to me i want what i was promised by the consultant.
