misleading sales pitch

I was contacted several times to purchase a dstv explora. As I am accustomed to dual view & pvr functions on all my televisions. To my dismay was highly disappointed as I'm only able to use pvr on the main television. I made contact with onair to lodge my complaint but it seems that the matter is been escalated every time I call. I urgently need to have my original capabilities restored as currently this is not the promise that was made to me when the sales consultant approached me. Can On-air please take all their equipment back as I am not a happy customer.
