Misleading Sales

This company is misleading in thier business dealings. I was promised once my decoder has been delivered and installed at no extra costs. Only then will they start debiting from my account. The decoder has been deilvered but it has not been installed yet and they have already debited from my account. I called them to enquire and now I am being told that I have to find myself someone to install the decoder for me and that is not what I was told when their Sales person contacted me about this product. Now I am stuck with a decorder which is not installed and I am paying for it. they refuse to cancell the deal claiming the 30 day cool off period has passed. they do not send you any paperwork you just rely on thier word for everything. they are a company with empty promises that will just put you in further debts which you did not plan for. their customer service is poor with rude consultants. Please stay away from this company. If there is any DSTV service you need please rather go direct to DSTV and not these people. they will ripp you off.
