Misleading information regarding Wifi Connector amount charge

<p>I was contacted by an agent on 2016/11/24 via cellphone. She explained the Dstv wifi connector box and told me that it will be only R29 extra a month then I will receive extra catch up channels for dstv extra with a lot more functions and programs as on my Dstv explora . I agreed and she told me once the wifi connecter is delivered it will be only then deducted , that is R29 within 48 hours , you are more than welcome to listen to our recording .</p> <p>Well you guys deducted R129 on Friday the 2nd December from my account , totally against the R29 we telephonically agreed to . I still haven't recieved any wifi connecter . I state that I only agreed tho the extra R29 a month and nothing else. If I was offerd an entertainment bundle nothing was mentioned about the R129 . I would have definitely not taken that deal .</p> <p>I want you to rectify this problem as soon as possible as I only agreed to an extra R29 a month and cant understand why you deducted R129 and not R29. If you do not rectify this by any means I will have no option but to report this to Hellopeter . In fact I want you to cancel this as I feel that I was persistent that I would only be an extra R29 and you insured me that it would only be above amount . On your website it is also advertised as R29.</p> <p>I contacted on air on Monday 05 December and spoke to Sandile Mpofane. He cancelled the entertainment bundle and said he would listen to the recording.He contacted me on Wednesday and said that the agent that assisted me on the 24th November , agent name Sipiwe Mazibuko did offer me the entertainment bundle which I totaly disagree with . If that was the case I would not have gone to the trouble in contacting them and going to hellopeter.</p> <p>He said that my case is now resolved. I asked about my R129 refund and basically told me that I wont be refunded.</p> <p>I want to refunded as I did not agree to the R129 deduction but only R29 and I only was given information and I was only intrested in the wifi connector.</p> <p>Your agent Sandile was adamnt and not willing to transfer me to a higher person , also did not take my view on the matter in consideration .</p> <p>I understand now that you guys deduct willingly as you please, which in my view is wrong . To top the matter is that I still havent recieved my wifi connector . </p> <p>I am under the impression that your agents willingly and knowingly in an sly manner without our knowledge do this to us as customers, offering us products under a false pretence as shown above.</p> <p>Gerda Bothma</p> <p> </p>
