Misleading information

I was called by on air company indicating that they were in partnership with dstv and dstv was being phased out and they were the ones to takeover the decoder and they were offering me the smart decoder that has all the dstv channels which includes Netflix, showmax and many more. They promised that this decoder was coming with its sim card and data and I’ll be paying a subscription fee of R199 monthly, only to find out that I was being offered a smart tv box. I tried to cancel the plan but there was no further communication from them, it was an ai that was even responding to me.
