Mislead by onair tv consultant

My name is luzuko sobetshe. I received a call from supposengly dstv multi choice, so this lady liad to telling me that they are representing multi choice, apparently this is on air TV, I am paying R412 to multi choice, so this lady is telling me that I was chosen because I am a good customer, they are offering me 2 explores, with price lock of R320 for 24 months after 2 years then I will go my original price of R412, she said to me they will be no extra cost, after ending the call I call onair tv 3 times confirming this extra cost story, then I was put at ease by their consultant again, this happened 19 February 2020. So this month I was told that I am going R320 excluding multichoice dstv money. I call again telling them that I want to cancel they say I can't cancel I must pay the whole amount if I to cancel, I told the I can't afford the extra cost, and I do not even use the fitures on the explorer because I do not need them. To cut the long story short I need help canceling this on air TV please.
