I was contacted by this company where i found myself concluding a two year contract of R 119. 00. Within 7 days of receipts, i called this people to come take their decoder and they promised to send someone till today still waiting. Later they contacted me and said they will debiting my account and i asked them what for, as the decoder is not working they also promised to send someone to come collect it and this is after two months. Boom i see a debit order, i asked why did you debit my account as i'm still waiting for someone from your company to collect your product. They then said cooling period is over. Wow i said and now will have to cancel this so called contract of wolves. and do not forget that their employees are very very rude..Sies
