Mis- selling

I received a call from a consultant named Gugu she said she is calling on behalf of on air with regards to offering me a new dstv explora model 3a since i have a old explora and that i will be paying an extra R179 on the side for a period of 24 months and that i will keep my existing package and my old decoder and that if i wish to keep the new decoder from a different house its ok so I asked them if i keep the decoder from a different house so what is going to happen with my existing package on the old decoder and they said to me i will have my 2 decoders with the same package in 2 different houses and that for the old one i wl continue 2 pay the subscription fee that i was paying and for the new one with the package of the old one i will be paying only an extra R179 i spend almost half an hour with consultant telling her that i do not want to find myself paying for two channels packages and she told me i will not the new one will only be R179 with the same package of the old one so to me it was a mis-selling because i was **** to so i called in today and asked why my decoder was not on compact as it was sold to me then i was told the R179 that i wl be paying will be only for the hardware and not for channel package i am very disappointed and not happy at all because i was sold lies for a sake of a sale this is wrong as i was fed with wrong information therefore i did not make an informed decision based on the wrong info i got they could have just been honest and tell me that the R179 will only be for the hardware and that i will have to contact multichoice for channels package
