This company advertised the wrong thing to me and they want me to pay for something that I don't use They tald me about their magic explore which is decoder that can make my tv as a smart one now I said to them can I see that item only to find that it's a same item that I don't want because I have got a dstv decoder which I want to remove because of my signal issues When I explain to them that I want to return it they. said it's impossible for me I must pay ,why should I pay for something that I am not using it They even take me to their debt collector Last conversation with them is that their are going to listen to the recordings even today I am still waitng for them
