These guys are just ****mers, no other word to describe them. When I received a call from On Air, I was told, I'm getting an upgrade on my current decoder, with a Streama, only to find out when the parcel arrived it was only a Streama. On the 17th of July I spoke to Jamie, which cancelled my contract, on the 24th of July I paid the cancelation fees of R400, the end of July On Air debit my account, which I couldn't reverse, the parcel was only collected by CCD couriers on the 13th of August, guess what, On Air debit my account again yesterday, and again I can't reverse the transaction. These guys are just *****ing money from us. You can't reach them, you are speaking to a robot. I've been sending emails to them, with Jamie in copy, with no response from them. The response that you get from them is a Generic email with the same response. I'm considering legal action against this company.
