I wish I could give you guys 0 stars. How dare you debit my account after I refused to accept your box. I have never even seen it. You don't follow up as to whether I have the box, and if not, why I refused it. You initially called me during office hours, clearly aware that I was in a meeting and coerced me into giving in, simply because I wanted to be left alone to get back to work. You rushed through terms and conditions like madwomen, and when you asked if I understood, I clearly stated no...because I was on a work call. Check your recordings. I have reversed your debit order because you insist on not answering my calls for some reason. I will also be taking this further with the relevant Ombudsman.
