I got a call from an agent named Tyrone. It's sad how people can lie to make their sales. He offered me a new decoder. I asked him over 5 times if this was gonna be a separate bill to my current Dstv amount... He said no. He's such a con. He said this was the only amount I'll be paying of R279. I asked many times is this gonna be an added amount to my Dstv bill he said no. He then spoms of insurance and free airtime (so called). Again I asked him if this was gonna be a separate amount.. He said no. Nothing more than R279. Now I got 2 smses for a total of R503! Trying to contact them to say I do not want this. They don't answer or respond to any emails. I dont know how to get out of this! This is such a horrible and misleading thing to do to people. Can anyone help me? What a horrible thing to do!
